SAI KD Investments Romania announce all the investors of FDI KD Maximus, KD Optimus about new changes in the documents of the funds for which CNVM’s approval was given trough no.331 and no.332 Decision:
In case of KD Maximus – the management fee is established to 0,5% which applies to the average of total assets of the fund in the specified month.
In case of KD Optimus – the management fee is established to 0,3% which applies to the average of total assets of the fund in the specified month.
In both cases the level of the management fee can be changed in the future only with CNVM’s approval, the Asset Management Company having the obligation to inform the investors about the new level with 10 days before the new fee will apply.
The present approved changes will be applied in 10 days after the note is published. The investors which don’t agree with the last changes in the funds documents may ask for the redemption of their fund units before the changes will apply.
The present note was published on 5th of March in the „BURSA” newspaper.
